Delete your Podium account
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Podium and sign in.
- On the recording screen, tap Account (top right).
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Option 2: by email
If you can't access the app, email hello@kagex.co.uk from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Podium account". We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- All your notes, transcripts, AI summaries and "My notes"
- Any audio still stored (audio is normally deleted as soon as it's transcribed)
- Your minutes balance and subscription status
What we keep
Nothing. Payment records for subscriptions are held by Google Play (or Stripe), not by us.
Subscribed through Google Play? Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Podium → Cancel.
